Whangamata Run Walk Festival

Get your adrenaline pumping for the annual Whangamata Run-Walk festival!
There will be three events to participate in: ½ marathon (21.1 km), 10 km and 5 km with a major spot prize of $2000 worth of travel. The festival takes racers around beautiful seaside views of the ocean and along some of the best beaches for surfing and swimming in New Zealand. Racers need to enter before 25 August and can enter online. The races take place on 4 September 2010 at 8:30 am.
After a recent assessment by Qualmark we are pleased to advise that we have again achieved the Four Star Plus level from our national accommodation quality system. We are sure that the policy we have to constantly improve our property by making changes and regularly replacing chattels really assists us to remain at a high level of achievement.
We are strong supporters of Qualmark and are pleased more sections of the tourism industry are using their assessment system and that our Qualmark systems are being more recognised by our overseas visitors.
